PROBLEM - THEY FORGOT TO TELL US OUR STUFF WOULD COME BACK 18 MONTHS LATER INFESTED WITH STINK BUGS AND MICE FECES AND URINE.
I was very pleased with the professionalism and willingness of the Mobile Attic Staff me with my move. I had to access my unit a couple of times and the staff was very accommodating. This was well worth the money, much less than other places I checked and the customer service is outstanding!

Excellent customer service!! We were so pleased throughout the few months that we had the unit. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and the unit was in great shape. I had to renew a few times and they are so friendly and helpful. Highly, highly recommend!!

When ask now what, we get an email that they are not responsible because we did not by their addendum insurance at $12/mth for $3,000 of coverage or $20/mth for $5,000 of coverage - Darn right => wrong, it wouldn't of mattered because the fine print says they only cover up to $500 for rodent damage.
